Neal Massand
Mr. Massand is an experienced intellectual property attorney, commercial litigator and registered patent attorney. He concentrates his practice on patent litigation and patent prosecution.
Timothy Wang
Tim Wang is an experienced trial lawyer who focuses his practice on IP litigation (both district court and ITC litigation) and complex commercial disputes in cases involving patent, trademark, or copyright.
Steve Moore
Mr. Moore’s practice focuses on intellectual property litigation and licensing. Mr. Moore has been named by Super Lawyers as a Rising Star in 2015.
Tong Jin
Mr. Jin is an experienced litigator. Before joining Ni, Wang & Massand, he worked for two boutique law firms in Houston and represented clients in dozens of civil and criminal cases in state and
federal courts, and federal agencies.
Nicholas E. Najera
Mr. Najera focuses his practice on patent litigation and patent prosecution. Additionally, he advises clients on all intellectual property matters, including copyrights and trademarks. During law school, he externed at the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Texas, Waco Division, and participated in the Baylor Law Intellectual Property Clinic with limited recognition to practice before the USPTO.
