Given that small businesses often do not have the means for an in-house general counsel, we often act as an outside general counsel to assist with all business and legal issues that may arise. Our attorneys represent companies in all fields such as health care, technology startups, real estate and finance. We offer flat fee billing where appropriate so small businesses can better manage their expenses.
Technology Transfers
We understand that not everyone wishes to monetize their intellectual property through litigation. We provide valuation and brokering services for patent and trademark holders who wish to license or sell their intellectual property. We work with numerous private and public investors to facilitate the purchase of intellectual property.
